After two years of working from home, anxiety is high to return to a work environment that employees feel will simply diminish their life force. The Great Resignation in Perspective. Everyone has heard of the Great Resignation describing the elevated rate at which U.S. workers have quit their jobs starting in the spring of 2021, amid strong labor demand and low unemployment as vaccinations eased the severity of the COVID-19 pandemic. According to CNBC, "the "Great Resignation" is still red-hot, as workers enjoy the perks of record-high demand for their labor. "We are seeing massive demand for workers," said Julia Pollak, chief economist at employment site ZipRecruiter. "This is a labor market that is more of a job seeker's market than any we've seen." However, economic headwinds mean those benefits may not last much longer, according to economists. The Imbalance The pandemic created an imbalance between the supply of workers and employer demand for labor. A record 4.5 million workers quit their jobs in March, edging just above the previous high-water mark set in November, the U.S. Department of Labor reported Tuesday. According to the Labor Department, there were 11.5 million job openings at the end of March, breaking December's record of more than 11.4 million. Job openings reflect the business' demand for workers. In the words of the immortal Cher Horowitz, "the cause is as simple as it can be, and all you need is one number: 5.5 million as of April 2022. That number is the difference between the number of open jobs and unemployed workers. Put bluntly; there are far more open positions than people willing to work them and have been for some time. "Job seekers have more opportunities to find jobs that pay better, offer better benefits, or are simply a better fit." - Daniel Zhao, Senior Economist at Career Site Glassdoor And that brings up what could be a pivotal way to attract and retain top talent besides a solid financial package, incentives, and a healthy environment. It's enabling your employees to recharge during the day and not stretch their energy thin from commuting to the workday to arriving home beyond exhausted from what was likely an already diminished last night of sleep. The burnout the above results in, I am asserting, is at the root of every decision for an employee not to go back to work or when they decide it's time to leave, even though it gets covered up by various layers of reasons. It's simple; this job is wearing me out! When people stopped going to work during the pandemic, this recoup of energy was one of its silver linings, even though the period was still very stressful. So, you've got to address the energy issue if you want to keep employees. You can do that by discovering an employee-retention, performance, and productivity tool for growth companies with the potential for immeasurable ROI as it keeps your team at high to peak energy for up to 4 more hours each day.
Research shows that a 60-minute nap can increase memory and creativity by 40% and maintain baseline performance ('high performance) compared to performance decline at the end of the day up to 4 hours longer. Imagine what that would do for your employees and how it would make them feel. Now, most are not going to take a 1-hour nap in the middle of the day at our office, but they will for 15 minutes, in a private ATP Recharging station, which is as good as a 1-hour nap or more! Possibly the #1 Way to Attract and Retain Talent is The Private Powered-Nap. We're not just talking about a power nap; we're talking about a "Powered" Nap. This "powered nap," even more than a traditional nap, can outperform financial incentives, motivation, sitting quietly, and caffeine. It can also outperform a traditional nap in less time with thousands of joules of irradiant energy accelerating recovery at the same time with no negative effects. Watch Video We are offering this device which can be charging your employees for years, decades to come in this new capacity after years of running a REGENUS CENTER retail. REGENUS CENTER is currently a full-service performance recovery facility that focuses primarily on increasing energy production, reducing inflammation and pain due to over-exertion (energy output), poor sleep, and recovery. Hundreds of high-performing people utilize our REGENUS CENTER each year throughout the day. The only challenge as a retail facility is the travel time for people in corporate work environments without the time to travel back and force. So, we're introducing REGENUS CENTER EXPRESS™, where access to the ATP Recharging Stations are right at the source of stress, where people spend up to 10 hours daily at work. All you need is a 12' by 12' room at a minimum (one office not being used by a hybrid employee), and you can recharge many employees each week. It's a REGENUS CENTER EXPRESS with a whole-body battery charger, called the ATP Charging Station based on PBM (photobiomodulation aka, "red and near-infrared light), on-site at your office. Throughout the day, it will give your employees the energy they need to succeed more in 15 minutes.
PBM stimulates the mitochondria to produce more ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate). This new healthy energy trickles into tissues, organs, and systems. Nearly everything in the body gets better. In a whole-body system, the entire body is flooded with benefits simultaneously. ~ Dr. Michael Hamblin, Harvard, MIT Your employees will not only get a chance to recharge during the day genuinely, but they will also get healthier.
