Your member profile should include a robust description of your products and/or services, keywords and links to your website and social media channels so potential clients can find you on our searchable Member Business Directory which is accessible to the public as well as Chamber members. Log in to our Member Portal and choose “Profile Update” to update your information. Forum & Committee Participation Participating in one or more Chamber Forums or Committees is a great way to build relationships and share information about your organization and events. If you are looking for an introduction, have a specific need or want to promote an event, you can mention it during the Needs & Leads Structured Networking segment of the meeting. In addition, many forums offer speaking opportunities which you can coordinate through the committee’s Chair. Member to Member Deals Offer a Member to Member Deal to promote your organization or event and encourage members to do business with you. Your offer will be shared with all members in our monthly Member Deals newsletter. To submit your "deal", log in to our Member Portal and choose the “Add a Coupon” option and complete the form. Member Events Calendar Our Member Events Calendar lets your fellow members know what’s happening in your organization. To submit your event, log in to our Member Portal and choose the “Submit an Event” option and complete the form. Blog Articles & Press Releases Contribute to our Blog to highlight your thought leadership or a submit a Press Release if you have something newsworthy to share. To submit your article, go to News & Information > News Around the Chamber > Submit a Press Release or Neighbors Helping Neighbors story or go to News & Information > Blog Space > Contribute to our Blog and complete the form. Monthly 'Around the Chamber' eNewsletter Send your business news (milestones, awards, community involvement, media appearances, etc.) and hi-res photos to our editor, Chris Reardon, at [email protected] and we will consider including it in our Around the Chamber eNewsletter emailed to all members on the third Thursday of every month. Members-Only Facebook & LinkedIn Groups Stay connected to your fellow Chamber members and promote your organization through our member group social media channels. Join the "MCCC - Morris County Chamber of Commerce" LinkedIn group and the "Morris County Chamber Members" Facebook Group and share ideas and information, ask questions or post event information. To join, you’ll need to click on the links above and then the ‘request to join’ button. You will be accepted and then will be able to post in that group. We also have public Morris County Take Out & Delivery and Morris County Nonprofits in Need Facebook pages where anyone in these sectors can post their information. Paid Marketing Programs for MembersWebsite Banner Ads (Leaderboard Ad Multi-Page Package)
Raise your visibility with a banner ad that showcases your brand, a new product or service or an upcoming event on our most trafficked pages. Banner ad size is maximum 920px wide X 90px high in JPG or GIF format and links to the landing page of your choice. Investment: Package includes place on Member Deals, Chamber Events Calendar, Member Events Calendar and Business Directory pages for $625 for 3-months, $900 for 6-months or $1250 for 12-months. Sponsored Social Media Post Place a sponsored post on the Chamber’s social media channels. Promote your event, brand, thought leadership or promotion on the Chamber's Facebook, (4800+ followers) LinkedIn (1500+) and/or Instagram (1400+) pages. Includes a link to your website or landing page of choice. Investment: $65 per post on one platform or $150 to post on all three platforms; 1 time post - Opportunity to boost Facebook post for an additional $25-100 to increase visibility among MCCC Facebook followers (Estimated impressions for 5-day Facebook boost ranges from 1,200-10,500) Sponsored Content in 'Around the Chamber' Newsletter Promote your event, brand, accomplishment or thought leadership with a paid placement in our Around the Chamber newsletter emailed the third Thursday of every month to our list of 5000. Includes a link to your website or landing page of choice and inclusion in our blog, if applicable. Investment: Featured (first article) placement: $95, Guaranteed Placement: $75 Sponsored Email Blast Email your content - Event, Ad, Thought Leadership - to the Chamber's member list! We will create an email message using our email template with your content (supplied by you). We will not promote any other events in the email and you will receive campaign results one week after delivery. Investment: $300 per email Sponsored “Lunchtime Learning” Session (In-Person) Speaking at a Chamber event or seminar is a great way to raise your visibility! If you have expertise on a topic that will captivate an audience, please complete our Event Idea / Speaker Submission form. Investment: $500 for your 60-minute in-person presentation in our conference room which holds up to 48* people (*theater-style seating). Includes your brand featured on all event marketing collateral (website, email, social media), lunch for seminar participants, attendee contact information and more. Sponsored “Actionable Advice” Webinar (Virtual) Presenting a webinar a great way to establish your expertise! If you have expertise on a topic that will captivate an audience, please complete our Event Idea / Speaker Submission form. Investment: $275 for your 60-minute Zoom webinar. Includes your brand featured on all event marketing collateral (website, email, social media), access to video raw footage (if desired), attendee contact information and more. Business Connections Sponsorship Sponsoring a Business Connections networking event is a cost-effective way to advertise your business, share your value proposition and build your brand! Investment: $450 for Gold level (limited to 2 per event) includes a 5 minute presentation, your company name and logo on all marketing collateral (web, social media, email), distribution of your digital collateral, and more. $250 for Silver (Table) sponsorship includes a display table to greet attendees and distribute your collateral and swag. Signature Event Sponsorship These large events include a keynote speaker and/or panel discussion plus attendee networking opportunities with options to sponsor at a platinum, gold, silver or bronze level ranging from $500 to $5000+. These special events present an opportunity for our sponsors to showcase their brand and deliver their message through multiple platforms including online, social media, email, video, sharing thought leadership and more. Forum Sponsorship The Chamber facilitates several "special interest" forums that meet every month. (Learn more.) An annual Forum Sponsorship will raise your visibility through placements on our website and in marketing communications, highlight your thought leadership and allow you to interact directly with members at monthly meetings. Investment: $3150 for a year-long sponsorship includes your brand (logo / link) featured on all monthly meeting marketing collateral (forum webpage, 12 event webpages, emails, social, agendas), 5-minutes to address participants each month, 12-month banner ad placement and attendee contact information. Business Edge Magazine or Morris County Guide + Directory Business Edge, our quarterly feature magazine, is emailed to members and area businesses plus posted on our website and social media channels. Our Business Hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. If you plan to stop by, it's best to make an appointment to ensure that someone will be available for you. Staff is often out of the office hosting events or meeting with members.
