The open sharing of challenges and advice requires confidence that no information shared in the Roundtable will be discussed outside of the group.
2. No Selling – the Roundtable is focused on free exchange of advice and experience. Prospecting for clients or offering of professional services is not allowed. 3. Respect – individuals’ approaches to problems and personal strengths vary; the Roundtable welcomes businesspeople of all types in a non-critical manner. Members should be respectful at all times, including in their feedback to others and in not monopolizing conversation. Committee chair / facilitator may limit or cut off long discussions. 4. Openness – the group will provide the most value if members are able to bring vulnerability and honesty to the discussions.
