Mastermind Structure

1. Kick-Off Meet & Greet timing TBD
2. Six Expert-Led Mastermind Sessions held IN-PERSON timing TBD
3. Group Chat - to stay connected throughout the month
4. Category Exclusivity - Once your registration is confirmed, you will be the exclusive participant for your occupation (i.e if you are a CPA, no other CPAs will be permitted in the group.)
5. Space is Limited to 12 category exclusive members on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to approval.

WIB Mastermind Chair: Nicole Barone, Strategic Agility Group

Nicole Barone, partner and founder of Strategic Agility Group, is a Peak Performance Strategist and Certified Health Coach. Nicole has over 25 years of health and wellness experience.  After enjoying a successful career at Johnson and Johnson, she saw the need for individual support in the health and wellness industry.  She followed her passion, leaving her corporate job behind, after more than a decade on the fast track. Teaming up with a network of the best doctors & nutritionists around the country, Nicole designs solutions that meet the needs on an individual basis, one client at a time. Over the past 15 years, Nicole has coached hundreds of clients. She is passionate about giving back and the true importance of building better communities.

Mastermind Ground Rules

1. ​Confidentiality – in order to encourage productive personal and business improvement, members may share information they would not talk about in a traditional sales-oriented networking environment. The open sharing of challenges and advice requires confidence that no information shared in the Roundtable will be discussed outside of the group.
2. No Selling – the Mastermind is focused on free exchange of advice and experience. Prospecting for clients or offering of professional services is not allowed.
3. Respect – individuals’ approaches to problems and personal strengths vary; the Mastermind welcomes businesspeople of all types in a non-critical manner. Members should be respectful at all times, including in their feedback to others and in not monopolizing conversation. Committee chair / facilitator may limit or cut off long discussions.
4. Openness – the group will provide the most value if members are able to bring vulnerability and honesty to the discussions. A fellow member facing business and personal challenges may benefit from hearing about difficult challenges you have faced in the past.
