LEAD Morris: Shaping Leaders, Strengthening Communities
LEAD Morris, the Leadership Education and Development program of the Morris County Chamber, provides business and nonprofit professionals with the knowledge, connections and skills to make a lasting impact. Designed for both emerging and established leaders, the program offers a deep dive into the opportunities, challenges and key players shaping Morris County. Community Insights & Engagement Each month, participants tackle critical local issues and engage directly with decision-makers. Through immersive, on-site experiences across the county, they gain firsthand knowledge of its diverse geography, economy, and culture. Leadership & Professional Growth Beyond sharing knowledge and insights, LEAD Morris sharpens essential leadership skills - public speaking, teamwork, strategic thinking - with hands on workshops while offering a unique perspective on what makes Morris County such a special place to live and work. Community Impact & Service Participants discover the vital role of nonprofit organizations and are inspired to step into volunteer and leadership roles, strengthening their commitment to civic engagement and community service. Powerful Business Connections More than a program, LEAD Morris is a lifelong network. Participants forge lasting relationships with peers, expanding their professional connections through the LEAD Morris Alumni Association and beyond.
