LEAD Morris, a Leadership Education and Development program of the Morris County Chamber, educates business and nonprofit professionals on the opportunities, challenges, institutions and people of Morris County. Designed for current and emerging leaders, the program fosters business acumen and community awareness to make a meaningful impact.
Community Education Each month, participants explore a key issue and meet local decision-makers. Held at various sites across Morris County, sessions provide hands-on exposure to the area’s geographic, economic, and cultural diversity. Professional Development Participants enhance skills in public speaking, teamwork and leadership while gaining insight into what sets Morris County apart as a great place to live, work and serve. Community Trusteeship The program highlights the role of nonprofit organizations and encourages graduates to take on service roles in the community. Business Networking Participants form lasting connections with classmates, building a professional network that extends beyond the program through the Lead Morris Alumni Association.
