If you have registered for an event that you later cannot attend, your cancellation must be received in writing at [email protected] two business days before event to receive a refund.

If you purchase a sponsorship or other marketing package, payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.  Sponsorships and marketing campaigns will not be executed until payment is received.

Note: The Chamber sometimes invites prospective members to attend events as our guest.  We welcome leads from members and offer a Member Referral Bonus when your qualified lead purchases a membership.  You may also contact Kevin Murphy, Director of Business Development, directly.

COVID Policy

We are excited to offer opportunities to get together in-person and aim to provide a safe environment for our staff, attendees, sponsors, and speakers.  Thank you for your cooperation and understanding during this time.  Check HERE for the latest NJ COVID-19 Information

IF YOU ARE SICK
If you have a temperature, are showing any potential symptoms of COVID-19, have tested positive for COVID-19, or have been in close contact with anyone that has tested positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of the event, you need to stay home and request a refund. We will not be conducting temperature checks at our events.
If you don’t feel well, please stay home.

MASKS
Masks are not required in most indoor and outdoor spaces.  However, if you feel more comfortable wearing a mask for any reason, please go ahead and do so.

VENUES
We are working with the venues that host our events and are confident that they are doing everything they can to provide a safe environment including cleanliness, social distancing and food service. Seating will be spaced with the recommended distance between attendees as determined by the venue and local mandates.  We may limit the quantity of attendees, when necessary, to meet such requirements.
