As a member benefit, the conference room is available free to Chamber and EDC members for eight hours every quarter. The room can be booked for a half-day (4-hours) or whole-day (8-hours). So whether you need an executive board room, comfortable space for team meetings or interviews, or private space to host a training session, the Morris County Chamber has you covered!

Pricing & InformationBooking the conference room is on a first come, first served basis with priority given to Chamber events, staff availability and Chamber and EDC members.
If Chamber or EDC members wish to book the conference room for additional hours (more than the 8 hours quarterly included with membership), the cost is $150 for four (4) hours or $250 for eight (8) hours. Use of the Zoom Video Conference technology is an additional $50 flat rate. The room is available to non-member groups for $300 for four (4) hours or $500 for eight (8) hours. Chamber and EDC members have priority. |
