By John Allen Mollenhauer, Performance Lifestyle® Coach JAM The 5 Shifts to Make in 2023 If You Want the Robust Level of Energy, You'll Need to Achieve Your Ambitious Goals You can watch the '5 Shifts' webinar in this Free Training I've assembled for you. *Note: this webinar is targeted to men, but the information, similarly applies to women. Here's a "key" idea to start the new year: when it comes to experiencing robust energy, health, and performance, it all comes down to Your Lifestyle... a) aligning your life and style of living around the fundamentals of energy, health, and performance
b) improving your lifestyle mindset and skill set over time, and c) ultimately optimizing so you are free of the unessential that's taking your focus off what matters most in your life. Everything else is a supplement, from vitamins to biohacking gear; by definition, they are "supplementing" your Lifestyle. In other words, your Lifestyle is "the program," so to speak. It's dynamic, and ideally, it's constantly improving as circumstances change, for you will always stick with how you are used to living, for better or worse, throughout the year. So it's a good idea to set it up for success. If you need some motivation, here it is. "Your Lifestyle is how you achieve your goals." If you are an entrepreneur, business owner, or professional, who wants to take your success to a whole new level in 2023, this needs to be your new creed. A creed is a set of principles, practices, and strategies that guide someone's actions. Your Lifestyle is what provides that guidance so that you don't fall prey to the constant tiredness, exhaustion, and fatigue that derails "most people." Consider this; in the process of achieving their goals, most people-- 1.) 97-99% tire and wear themselves out prematurely and trade their health for success, coping with stress in ways that create more stress. It's because they don't understand human performance and have never consciously established their Lifestyle, which distracts and holds them back. Often without even knowing it. Meanwhile, 2.) 1-3%, because they have proficiencies in the fundamentals of energy, health, and performance, can achieve even their most ambitious goals while living in balance with vibrant health and peace of mind. Now, after the past couple of years, I ask you, with all the added stress, anxieties, and long-haul recoveries, which outcome do you want? Assuming you desire outcome #2, there's an insight about "Your Lifestyle" that few people grasp, which makes the second outcome possible. If you fail to master it, the first outcome will become your status quo despite slight improvements here and there. It is this--at the core of your Lifestyle, you are managing your energy. Your Lifestyle Is Basically an Energy Management System. But few people know what energy is other than a boost from coffee, the stimulating effects of endless activity, calories from food, or some mysterious surge of power in sporadic mornings when they get a solid and vital sleep. Let alone how to recharge, restore, and manage their energy proactively for healthy, high performance versus the unhealthy attempts at maintaining "high performance," which burns most people out. So, it's time. It's time to learn how to manage your energy like a pro in 2023 to end chronic tiredness, exhaustion, and fatigue and give yourself the daily and weekly surges of vital energy you will need to achieve your ambitious goals with your health and well-being intact. After all, nothing will put the kibosh on plans for the new year or any time of the year more than getting run down. Think about it: are you vital and strong when you stop performing at your best and start coping with stress in ways you know are not serving you? No, you start coping with stress in ways that create even more stress and fatigue when you start getting worn down. Your willpower falls off the cliff, and you lose drive, even though your motivation is still high. So here at the end of December and in 2023, instead of thinking something is wrong with you and getting lost in a maze trying to figure out why you're not sleeping, eating healthy, exercising, and performing at the level you want in your work, learn how to manage your energy so you can start living a healthy, high-performance lifestyle. Nothing is available to you in your or anyone's toolbox that will keep you more on track, driven, motivated, performing, looking, feeling, and showing up as the best version of you than getting proactive about maintaining high levels of life force energy. Becoming proficient at managing your energy and living a healthy, high-performance lifestyle will change your life forever and enable you to achieve even your most ambitious goals while living in balance with vibrant health and peace of mind. There are 5 Shifts you'll want to make to get proficient, and I've outlined them all in this free training webinar I've assembled for you.
