HHS Announces Second Round of High Impact COVID-19 Area Funding
July 24, 2020 - Washington, DC - Representative Mikie Sherrill (NJ-11) announced that three hospitals in NJ-11 will receive $29.75 million in a second round of funding from the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act that Congress passed in April. The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) will distribute a total of $10 billion in funding to hospitals across the country through the Provider Relief Fund starting this week.
