Macrosoft is proud to be certified by Great Place to Work®. The prestigious award is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at Macrosoft. This year, 98% of employees said it’s a great place to work. This is a full 41 points higher than the average U.S. company.
"We are pleased to announce that our company has been recognized as a Great Place to Work!” said G. N. Shah CEO of Macrosoft, he continued “This certification is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our employees, who have created a culture of trust, respect, and collaboration. We are committed to continuing to foster a positive and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive. Thank you to our employees for making this possible, and to Great Place to Work for this prestigious honor." The Delta Dental of New Jersey (DDNJ) Foundation and United Way of Northern New Jersey surprised holiday gift recipient Kim Errickson on December 21 by granting her Christmas wish of having her smile restored. This was all due to a SMILE Transformation grant that Newark’s Rutgers School of Dental Medicine receives from the DDNJ Foundation to help underserved and underinsured patients receive free dental treatment.

January 3, 2023 - PARSIPPANY, NJ — Adults were more likely to report that concerns about inflation and rising prices, rather than concerns about COVID-19, prompted them to delay oral health care, according to a new public opinion poll circulated in New Jersey by Delta Dental of New Jersey and Connecticut. The poll commissioned by the Delta Dental Institute found that 95% of adults agree oral health is essential to overall health. Almost 6 in 10 said they would continue to receive routine, preventive dental care to avoid major health care costs down the line, even if money were tight. But almost half of adults surveyed — including 42% of dental and health care workers — said they delayed or canceled a dental cleaning, citing inflation and rising costs as their primary concern.
