Michael Taccetta joined the Newmark Associates sales team in the fall of 2022 bringing with him a history of closing over 2000 real estate transactions in New Jersey and New York, where for over 7 years he has been owner/operator of Garden State Closings, LLC. More recently, he has been an Account Executive for Simplicity Title, LLC and previous to this was an Equity Sales Trader for the GFI Group.
Amanda Jones brings over 25 years of experience as a financial advisor/portfolio manager and 12 years as an attorney, to serving her client’s commercial real estate needs. She has extensive experience in working with clients to define their investment objectives and source opportunities that will meet those objectives. Amanda has honed her expertise in commercial real estate by working as in-house counsel for an industrial developer. She gained experience in negotiating lease and sales contracts, overseeing and coordinating environmental investigations and remediation, land use issues and analyzing the value of commercial real estate for potential acquisitions.
