Weinstein + Klein, a growing law firm in Morristown is looking to hire a paralegal!

​WHO ARE WE? Weinstein + Klein is a “new school” law firm. We work with business owners and entrepreneurs in the areas of business/corporate law, employment law, and related litigation. Our firm was founded just under four years ago with a vision of practicing law in a more enjoyable, and better, way. ​

We have fun and work hard. Our client list has quickly grown to include businesses in various industries, including hospitality, finance, technology, entertainment, healthcare, manufacturing, and retail.

Our rapid growth necessitates our expansion – and that’s where you come in. You’ll work alongside the firm’s three attorneys and report directly to Alexis, our Operations Manager. Our main office is in Morristown. The position will be a “hybrid” of in-person and remote work.

​WHO ARE YOU? The legal stuff. You have 3-5 years of litigation paralegal experience, although some familiarity in labor and employment law or corporate/transactional work is preferred. You’re looking to learn and can be resourceful. You understand that knowledge evolves and you value being part of a growing firm, rich with learning opportunities.

We want someone who isn’t afraid to “try to figure it out”, explore new and better ways of doing things, and help our team operate efficiently and effectively. You love a team-based approach. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Given our variety of clients, no two days are the same. You’ll be comfortable multi-tasking and jumping around from one matter to the next (and those two matters may be very different).
