Mara Kimowitz used her experience in the industry of fitness, dance and physical therapy to develop the Pliability Stretch™ Method of assisted stretching. She owns, StretchSource® in Boonton, which is the original assisted stretch studio of Morris County. Mara teaches fitness and wellness professionals from around the world in the method of Pliability Stretch™ through her training course. Though a teacher herself, Mara is a life-learner and was recently accepted into the Exercise Physiology Program through Stanford Health and Education. She is also a recent graduate of the Women Leadership Program at Yale. Comments are closed.
