Receives Board of the Year Award Parsippany, NJ – May 11, 2022 – Solix, Inc. has been named recipient of the Private Company Board of the Year Award by the National Association of Corporate Directors’ New Jersey Chapter (NACDNJ). The award honors exemplary Board leadership and is presented annually to a private company, a public company, and a non-profit in the State of New Jersey. Gualberto ‘Gil’ Medina, Solix’ Chairman of the Board, accepted the award during the NACDNJ’s annual awards dinner. “We are profoundly honored at the recognition that the National Association of Corporate Directors has bestowed upon us.
