Porzio Bromberg & Newman's Wealth Preservation Group has launched a new site for individuals and families who want to learn more about legal planning for the end of life, a disability, or aging. The site offers practical information and resources to enable the best decisions regarding the future for families, ensuring peace of mind. “Our hope and intention is that it offers valuable and actionable information to individuals and families that need a starting point for planning for an unknown future,” said Porzio Principal, Deirdre Wheatley-Liss, Esq. The new website welcomes visitors to learn about estate planning and administration, elder law and special needs planning, as well as guardianship and estate litigation in a simple yet interactive view.
The Porzio Wealth Preservation Group consists of dedicated attorneys who have devoted their careers to their practice, including five with an advanced Masters of Law in Taxation and two Certified Elder Law Attorneys (CELA) by the American Bar Association accredited National Elder Law Foundation. Less than 50 attorneys in New Jersey have this designation. The pursuit of a CELA designation reflects the attorneys' commitment to empowering families to use the law to maximize their wealth.
