MCEDC Issues RFP for County Marketing Services

Florham Park N.J. – Dec. 11, 2020 – The Morris County Economic Development Corporation (MCEDC) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide consulting services for:

• Marketing expertise, including traditional, digital and SEO to assist with strategy for marketing and promoting Morris County;
• Social media services, including photography, videos and graphic artwork capability;
• Production of short videos showcasing Morris County’s strengths; and
• Public relations services.

Vendors may apply for any or all of the services requested, indicating whether they would partner with other companies or professionals and/or utilize subcontractors. 

The MCEDC will award contracts to the responsible and eligible vendor or vendors whose proposal is responsive to the RFP and is deemed by the MCEDC to be the most advantageous to and in the best interest of the MCEDC, according to the request. A lowest bid is a consideration but not the determining factor. The evaluation will identify those proposals which offer the best combination of expertise and value.

All proposals must be received by 5:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, January 12, 2021.
