Jeremy Greenman brings to Newmark Associates over 34 years of highly successful experience in real estate lending at various New Jersey banks with active, former commercial real estate clients and contacts in northern, central, and southern New Jersey counties. Most recently, as a former Vice President of Commercial Real Estate with a financial corporation in Morris County, he was tasked with developing new business opportunities in commercial real estate for northern and central NJ, There he developed, analyzed, and presented credits totaling over $143 million to banking’s executive management in 2019 and managed several substandard credit relationships into stronger bank positions. Previously, as Vice President of New Business Development/Commercial Lending for four banks for almost 30 years, Mr. Greenman serviced over $218 million in commercial credit portfolios in addition to design, implementation, and follow-up of marketing blitzes. His understanding of how banks approach the purchase or refinance of commercial real estate; determination to see the negotiation process through to closing; and his reputation for being honest in representation of clients are invaluable assets in his role as a Newmark Sales Associate. His business philosophy of over-delivering for clients, cultivated from 30 years in the lending business, is consistent with the values of the Newmark team culture. Jeremy graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a B.A. in English; received an MBA at Seton Hall University with Post Graduate Studies in calculus, economics, and statistics, also from Penn State. Residing in Hunterdon County for over 22 years with his wife, a banking professional; and son and daughter, both college students, along with two rescue dogs, Jeremy enjoys gardening, golfing, watching his children play college tennis and cheering for the Boston Red Sox. Jeremy has a long history of volunteering his diverse skills from mentoring to fundraising for various non-profits to his current role as Chairman of the Finance Committee for the Raritan Valley Habitat for Humanity.
