James Davenport has joined the Newmark Associates, CRE team after many years’ work in various customer service positions in the restaurant industry and a more recent position as an analyst at CRM Marketing in New Jersey, a third-party consultant to improve the supply chain process for restaurant franchises. Being extremely competitive and dedicated to results, James brings a strong commitment to fulfilling client needs with creativity and integrity. An excellent work ethic combined with effective communication, problem-solving and facile networking skills contribute to his new role as a commercial realtor in offering buyer/seller agency, tenant/landlord representation and valuation services. He is marketing flex and industrial spaces primarily in Morris County, and also in Bergen, Essex, Sussex, and Union Counties. A lifelong resident of Florham Park, whose hobbies include basketball, softball; weightlifting; the mixed martial arts promotion by the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC); and sampling cuisine at new restaurants, James has volunteered for Relay for Life, and the Haunted House Event sponsored by an environmental group in the Great Swamp, New Jersey.
