To apply, visit https://www.morrischamber.org/jetsgrantprogram.html. Preference will be given to those applicants that do business in Morris County. This is the second year the Jets are making the grants available, awarding two grants last year. The team is making the funding available to reinforce its commitment to support Black-owned small businesses, amplify black voices and help provide financial stability to communities in need. “This is a wonderful opportunity for small Black-owned businesses to invest in growing their enterprises,” said Meghan Hunscher, Morris County Chamber president. “Last year’s grant recipients invested in equipment and marketing and both saw an almost immediate return on their investment. I encourage any Black-owned small business that meets the qualifications to take the time to apply.” "Once again, the Jets have demonstrated their commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion," stated John E. Harmon, Sr.,IOM Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of the African American Chamber of Commerce of New Jersey. "We have many members with businesses based in Morris County and strongly urge each of them to take advantage of this opportunity. Business development grants like the ones offered by the Jets and Visa can take small Black-owned businesses to the next level in their economic growth. We are hopeful that other large corporations will follow the example set by the Jets and Visa."
