Mrs. Wilson's Halfway House was founded as a private, non-profit organization in 1976 by three visionary women; Judy Knowlton, Ethel Finley and Doris Vandeven. These women saw a need for a residence that provides structure, discipline, guidance and support for women in early recovery from substance abuse.
