Nisivoccia Names Nick Sarinelli as Managing Partner

Arlington, New Jersey (January 2026) – Nisivoccia, a leading accounting, tax, assurance, and advisory firm, is pleased to announce that Dominick J. “Nick” Sarinelli, CPA, CFE, has assumed the role of Managing Partner, effective January 1, 2026, as part of a thoughtful, seamless leadership transition rooted in the firm’s long-standing values. Nick succeeds Bud Jones, CPA, RMA, PSA, who has served as Managing Partner since 2020 and helped lead the firm through a period of continued growth and evolution.

Nick brings more than 30 years of experience at Nisivoccia to the role, having served clients across a wide range of industries, including technology, construction, medical services, manufacturing, professional services, and other closely held businesses. Throughout his career, Nick has provided tax, accounting, and consulting services, working closely with clients to address complex financial, compliance, and operational matters. He is widely respected for his deep technical knowledge, practical approach, and the long-standing relationships he has built with clients and colleagues alike.

Active in the community, Nick has held past leadership roles, including Treasurer for organizations such as Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), the Mount Olive Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Roxbury Rotary Club. He currently serves as Treasurer of the 200 Club of Morris County. Nick is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA), and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).

Nick earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rutgers University and holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license and the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) designation.

Bud Jones concludes his term having positioned the firm for long-term success while reinforcing its commitment to service, collaboration, and community engagement.
