Good Grief, Inc. Announces 2026 Board of Trustees Leadership; Celebrates Growth and Continued Service

1/28/2026

Good Grief, Inc., a leading organization dedicated to providing support and education for children and families coping with loss, is proud to announce its Board of Trustees leadership for the 2026 term. Following a successful election cycle in 2025, the organization welcomes a suite of new leaders and honors those who have paved the way for its continued growth.
New Executive Leadership
Leading the Board for 2026 is newly elected Chair Paul Rosica, former Managing Director and Head of Corporate Sales & Structuring at BMO Capital Markets, and currently Co-Founder and CFO of Sweet Spot Leasing. Paul succeeds Guy Langford, Partner in M&A Transaction Services at Deloitte, after Langford’s highly successful three-year term as Chair.

Joining Rosica on the executive committee are:
Sarah Levin Goodstine, JD, LAC, Therapist at Brownstone Wellness Center, Vice Chair Kim Koehler, Managing Director, Audit & Assurance at Deloitte & Touche LLP, Treasurer Tiffany Mack, President & Founder of THM Luminary HR Strategies, Secretary

"The strength of our leadership is a testament to the community’s commitment to our grieving children," said Christian Heiss, Executive Director of Good Grief. "With Paul and Sarah at the helm, and the infusion of talent from our newest trustees, we are well-positioned to expand our reach across New Jersey and beyond."

2025 Board Election Results
Six new leaders, including Koehler and Mack, were elected to the Board in 2025 and will play a pivotal role in the organization’s strategic initiatives throughout 2026: Kate Neely, Vice President, Trade Relations and Customer Contracting at Alvogen Kim Ings, Executive Vice President at the Stephen Gould Corporation Andrew Witriol, Vice President, U.S. Oncology Marketing at Bristol Myers Squibb Michael Callahan, Director of Human Resources at Cranford Public Schools Returning Board Members Guy Langford was elected to a 7th year of Board service, providing invaluable continuity and institutional knowledge. Six other trustees, including Rosica and Levin Goodstine, return for 2026: Alex Shahidi, Senior Managing Director and Transaction Services Leader at Riveron Samuel Yenn-Batah, Director of Spiritual Care and Well-Being at Penn Medicine Princeton Health Dr. Jody Stowe, with two decades of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry Ginine Cilenti, Executive Director at the Diabetes Foundation

Their unwavering dedication to supporting grieving children and their families remains fundamental to Good Grief’s mission and impact.

Honoring Years of Dedicated Service
Good Grief honors Conor Dolan, Commercial Real Estate Advisor at CBRE, who concluded his tenure after six years of honorable service on the Board. During his tenure, which started as a member on the Good Grief Gala committee, the organization achieved significant milestones in donor engagement and community outreach, while expanding programs and navigating a changing landscape. "Conor has been a steadfast advocate for our mission," added Heiss. "We are deeply grateful for his years of dedication to the families we serve."

Also leaving the board is Simone Sloan, Leadership Executive and Coach at Your Choice Coach, who provided two years of dedicated service to Good Grief. “Simone provided invaluable advice and counsel to me during the recent revision of Good Grief’s strategic plan,” said Heiss. “We wish her much success in her future projects!”
