Dewberry, a privately held professional services firm, has announced that its Parsippany, New Jersey, office has relocated to The Arbors at Parsippany, a 60-acre office campus in Morris County, effective March 23, 2026. The office is located at 6 Campus Drive. The firm’s move reflects its commitment to supporting communities as they reinvest in and reposition legacy office parks for new generations of workers and residents. Located next door to The Arbors, Dewberry is serving as land planner and engineer for two projects that are under construction at 6 Sylvan Way: Avalon at Parsippany, a multifamily residential community, and Life Time Parsippany, a 100,000-square-foot luxury health club.
“It’s a privilege to be a part of Parsippany’s reimagining, not only as a site development engineer but as a tenant,” says Mario Iannelli, PE, associate vice president at Dewberry. “Helping shape the built environment and experiencing it firsthand as part of the workforce is rewarding. Our new office provides modern workspaces, collaborative areas, and outdoor spaces, and the flexible layouts will allow us to adapt as we continue to grow.” The central location provides access at the crossroads of interstates 80 and 287, as well as U.S. routes 46 and 202 and New Jersey routes 10 and 53. The office is approximately two miles from the NJ TRANSIT Morris Plains Station.
