This long-standing signature event celebrates excellence in economic development, commercial real estate, and community impact throughout Morris County. Now in its 33rd year, the Partners in Economic Development Awards bring together business leaders, real estate professionals, public officials, nonprofit organizations, and regional stakeholders for a morning dedicated to recognizing the people and projects shaping Morris County’s economic vitality.

Newark, NJ – October 28, 2025 — Newmark Associates, a leading full-service commercial real estate firm, is the industry partner of the Newark School of Architecture & Interior Design, the newest high school in the Newark Public Schools district. As part of the high school design strategy in Newark, the school has formalized a collaboration with Newmark Associates, a leading commercial real estate firm, to provide internship opportunities for students. These internships are designed to integrate academic study with practical experience, offering students the opportunity to apply their skills to projects in commercial real estate development and management.
