![]() Leadership Morris teaches business professionals about the opportunities, the challenges, the institutions and the people of Morris County. The program is designed for recognized leaders and for those professionals identified for future leadership responsibilities, whose business acumen and community consciousness will make a difference in Morris County.
Community Education - Each month the class is immersed in a different content area to learn about the issues and meet the “players” in decision making positions. Leadership Morris is an ideal program for business executives and leaders new to the area, who will benefit from an instant “in” to who’s who and what’s what in the community. Community Trusteeship - Class members are exposed to the contribution of some 50 nonprofit service organizations in Morris County and gain important insights into the responsibilities and rewards of community board service. Graduates are encouraged to pursue service in elected, appointed and volunteer roles. Business Networking - Over the course of the year, participants make strong connections with their classmates – other high-level business professionals in the Morris County area.
