The latest Governor's Executive Order #122 builds on his EO #107 in guiding business in our state's effort to overcome COVID-19. Key paragraphs for business (retail / manufacturing / construction / office) are:
The order reminds businesses of any kind that are still allowed to be open under the definition of "essential business": You should have written policies compliant with EO 122 and your company should document that they are clearly communicated and strictly enforced. These required policies include:

Election Changes: You should also be aware that COVID-19 safety precautions have motivated the Governor to issue Executive orders #105 and 120 which institute "temporary" election changes including[1]: Every voter will be receiving a vote-by-mail ballot, complete with a postage paid return envelope; voters will no longer be able to vote at the polls, but by mail-in ballot only. [1] Governor Murphy has ordered these measures at least through the May 12 non-partisan elections, however he has said that he is prepared to order them to remain in place, if necessary, for the Primary election - that election was already extended to July 7.
