The 200 Club of Morris County

DONATE: Support of The 200 Club can be in the form of a membership, donation, or sponsorship. Links and options are on our website.
MISSION: The 200 Club of Morris County proudly supports Police Officers, Firefighters, EMTs, New Jersey State Police, members of the Office of Emergency Management and Federal Law Enforcement officers serving or residing in Morris County.

SERVICES: If a public safety officer dies in the line of duty, the 200 Club provides emotional support and a death benefit to help the family. Each eligible child receives an annual benefit. Scholarships are also awarded to high school seniors in Morris County who volunteer as first aid/EMS members, firefighters, or whose parent/guardian serves or served in these roles.

SERVICES: Alzheimer's New Jersey provides education, support groups, care consultations, respite programs, and community resources for individuals and families affected by Alzheimer's disease and other dementias. We offer guidance, training, and advocacy to improve care and quality of life across New Jersey.

Birth Haven

MISSION: Birth Haven is a non-profit, nonsectarian organization offering shelter, support, and education to homeless, pregnant women and girls in New Jersey and the tri-state area. Founded in 1985, it operates a transitional living facility in Newton, NJ, housing up to nine mothers and their babies. Residents, mostly ages 17 to 21, come from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.

SERVICES: Birth Haven helps mothers in crisis by providing shelter, food, and connecting them to vital services including mental health care, therapy, case management, career development, and life skills workshops. Through community partnerships, each resident receives tailored support to achieve her goals. Birth Haven also offers doula assistance for those lacking support and can help with adoption agency connections as needed.

AREA SERVED: Most Birth Haven residents are from New Jersey and the surrounding tri-state area.

Children's Specialized Hospital Foundation

MISSION: The mission of Children's Specialized Hospital Foundation is to inspire and secure philanthropic support for Children's Specialized Hospital, the preeminent provider of specialized healthcare for children and adolescents facing special health challenges - from chronic illnesses, complex physical disabilities like brain and spinal cord injuries, to a full scope of developmental, behavioral, and mental health concerns. 

SERVICES: Children's Specialized Hospital (CSH) cares for more than 45,000 children each year at 14 locations across NJ. CSH offers family-centered rehabilitative care for children in inpatient, outpatient, and long-term care settings. The hospital provides personalized care plans that include physical, occupational, speech, and recreational therapies, psychology, and psychiatry, plus medical treatment and mobility equipment so each child can reach their full potential. 

AREA SERVED: CSH treats children throughout NJ and beyond with 14 locations spanning from Clifton to Egg Harbor. More than 45,000 children visit a CSH location every year. MISSION: We address the root causes of hunger by delivering neighbor-centric solutions and fostering partnerships across all sectors of New Jersey society. Our hunger-relief programs address the need by delivering after-school meals and supplemental food for children, providing job training to those seeking a second chance, and teaching people how to eat healthy on a budget. We also partner with government representatives and coalitions to effect change and champion transformative legislation.

SERVICES: While food distribution is central to our mission, we also lead several important programs that address the root causes of hunger for people of all ages and backgrounds. This includes food for youth, college students, and older adults; community health & nutrition; job training programs; diaper & hygiene programs; grocery rescue; and food benefits for neighbors in need.

MISSION: The ECLC family of nonprofit organizations provides a network of lifelong services to close to 900 children and adults with special needs such as autism spectrum disorder, Down syndrome and various other disabilities and medical challenges. Serving individuals from 11 counties across New Jersey, our mission is to provide a comprehensive network of lifelong services that empower our students and clients to overcome challenges, expand their horizons, and achieve their fullest potential.

SERVICES: ECLC has 2 schools offering individualized academics and therapies, sports, trips, proms, and more. Our CPS program provides transition services connecting clients to jobs, day programs, or other options. CPS also provides supported employment and helps families access funding and services. PRIDE, our adult day programs, serve as vital hubs for social interaction, skill development, and personal empowerment. We also offer after-school and evening programs for our students, alumni, and clients.

MISSION: As a youth development organization, the mission of Girl Scouts of Northern New Jersey (GSNNJ) is to build girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place. Grow It Green Morristown

MISSION: Grow It Green Morristown's mission is to promote health and strengthen communities through urban agriculture, discovery-based learning, and equitable food access. Grow It Green's farms and gardens are community havens focused on education, community and sustainability.

SERVICES: We provide farm-to-school education from preschool through high school, teaching children through hands-on experience where and how their food grows, and the importance of sustainable agriculture. Our Early Street Community Garden creates space to grow their own food and our Winter Market at Convent Station provides opportunity for businesses to sell their products. On our Urban Farm, we grow organic vegetables, herbs and flowers that can be purchased at our summer farm stand, Winter Market and CSA program.

Homeless Solutions

MISSION: Homeless Solutions provides a Hand UP, not a HandOUT.  We empower those who are homeless and at risk of homelessness in Morris County to attain housing stability. Through comprehensive support, including shelter, affordable housing, and a range of services, we collaborate with individuals and families who are committed to achieving their goal of self-sustainability.

SERVICES: What sets Homeless Solutions apart is our comprehensive continuum of housing options, including our Main Shelter, Transitional Housing Program (THP) for families, Warming Center for individuals living unsheltered in winter, Mt. Kemble Home for senior women, Women’s Campus for single women, and 72 additional units of affordable rental housing, owned and operated by HSI, throughout Morris County. Each of our programs is designed to meet people where they are and support their journey to sustainable housing.

MISSION: JBWS is a private, confidential service welcoming ALL survivors of dating, domestic, or partner abuse (and their family members) regardless of severity of the abuse, marital status, income, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, or ethnicity.

SERVICES: JBWS offers comprehensive services to victims of abuse, including a 24-Hour Helpline, safe, temporary housing, a transitional living program, teen dating abuse prevention, counseling services, crisis response, and legal advocacy and other support through JBWS' Morris Family Justice Center. JBWS also offers counseling services to men, women, and teenagers who are causing harm in their relationships to encourage behavior change and accountability through our Jersey Center for Non-Violence.

Services include needs assessment, providing information, referrals and conducting follow-up support. We connect people to vital health and human services related to food security, healthcare access, housing stability, mental health services, addiction services, childcare, transportation, and many other critical resources.

Ruby's Vision

MISSION: Securing fundamental connections to unhoused women, children and at-risk families by way of reunification, rapid rehousing, personal empowerment  and employability workshops.

SERVICES: Ruby's Vision (Rescuing, Uniting, Babies & You) is a safe and welcoming Resource Center that helps individuals secure the resources needed to keep mothers and children and at-risk families together by finding short and long-term solutions for some of the barriers to family reunification, such as domestic violence, lack of housing, substance use disorders, unemployment, and mental health issues. Some of the services that Ruby provides include housing navigation, ID and benefits assistance, clothing, food, baby supplies, job search assistance, harm reduction and a drop-in center.

Students 2 Science

MISSION: Students 2 Science's mission is to inspire and empower all students through hands-on learning experiences, encouraging them to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) to strengthen the future workforce.

SERVICES: S2S provides immersive STEM programs (grades 3-12) and workforce-readiness/career-development opportunities at our state-of-the-art Technology Centers. S2S recently opened the Apollo Technology Center, a new learning space in Whippany, NJ, which has doubled S2S's lab facilities and made it possible to launch a host of expanded/new STEM programming (including an elementary school lab program and a STEM Summer Camp) and create transformative experiences that go far beyond the classroom.

AREA SERVED: S2S offers its signature STEM programs through schools, out-of-school organizations, and community partners in Bergen, Essex, Mercer, Morris, Passaic, Somerset, and Union Counties in New Jersey. Since 2009, S2S has served over 300,000 students across New Jersey and beyond.

Table of Hope

MISSION: Since 2011, Table of Hope has been committed to improving the quality of life of Morris County families, constructing pathways to economic stability, educational excellence and holistic well-being with the goal of strengthening families and uplifting the Morris County community and partnering with other local groups to provide a vital safety net.

SERVICES: Table of Hope offers a range of services aimed at improving quality of life for families in Morris County. The foundation of their work is Emergency Food Assistance, delivered through a Community Kitchen that serves meals and a Food Pantry that distributes groceries. Under its Community Impact umbrella, they offer support including SOAR (Student Outreach and Academic Reinforcement), which provides tutoring and educational support for at-risk youth and the New Life Recovery and Reentry Program, which offers support for individuals grappling with addictions or transitioning back into the community after incarceration.

MISSION: Zufall Health's mission is to provide access to quality, affordable, and culturally responsive health care to people and communities who face barriers to care. Operating as a multi-site primary care system, Zufall provides medical, dental, vision and behavioral health services to more than 50,000 people annually across seven NJ counties, including more than 25,000 in Morris. Our nationally recognized quality clinical outcomes reflect a commitment to delivering the highest level of care to everyone, regardless of circumstance.

SERVICES: Zufall Health's comprehensive, integrated services include: primary medical care; chronic disease management; cancer screenings; vaccinations; HIV/STI testing and treatment; treatment for addiction and substance use disorders; family planning; pharmacy; preventive and restorative dental care; mental health counseling; case management; and insurance enrollment assistance. 

AREA SERVED: Zufall Health was founded and is headquartered in Dover, NJ. We also operate satellite clinical facilities in Morristown, Hackettstown, Flemington, Somerville, West Orange, Newton, Plainsboro, and Bridgewater; a retail pharmacy in Dover; three mobile units that prioritize hard-to-reach populations where they live, work, and gather; and will soon add a school-based health center in Franklin Township (Somerset County).

Our Office Hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.  If you plan to stop by, it's best to make an appointment to ensure that someone will be available for you; the staff is often out of the office hosting events or meeting with members.
