Boudreau named to the NJ Public Employment Relations Commission


In November 2011, Governor Christie nominated Chamber President Paul Boudreau to the NJ Public Employment Relations Commission. The Commission is made up of seven members appointed by the Governor with advice and consent from the Senate.  In June 2012 the NJ Senate approved Paul’s nomination with a 27-6 vote.


The Commission makes policy and establishes rules and regulations concerning employer/employee relations in public employment relating to dispute settlement, grievance procedures, and administration including enforcement of representative elections.
